Operation of the equipment
The force in this machine can be set up to 1000 kg so that each sample can be processed. The stamp head has been designed in a way that is never touches the working surface and shall move back and forth to a maximum of 20 mm.
The extractor bags filled with organic material are moved by hand under the stamp until they have been sufficiently ground. The use of extractor bags prevents cross contamination and the need to keep the machine spotlessly clean. The working surface is set at an angle to prevent sample fluid running out of the extractor sacks.
Custom stamp heads can be provided for specific samples and this machine can be delivered with an extra strong table.
